The Commissioning, Qualification and Validation (CQV) process is essential to ensure that a project’s systems and equipment operate according to original needs and expectations. In the real estate and construction field in Costa Rica, it is not enough to implement the CQV at the end of the project. At MERIDIA, we emphasize the importance of integrating this process throughout the entire project life cycle, allowing for timely adjustments and corrections. While we do not operate as a Cx company, we oversee each stage from the project manager’s perspective to ensure that each project meets the highest quality standards and regulations.
