The company was founded in 2007 and has been committed to excellence in the development of construction projects since its inception.

Our main services focus on project management, construction management, and contract inspection and oversight. We also provide consulting services for commercial and residential developments, as well as construction projects.

MERIDIA Desarrollos is duly incorporated and registered with the Federated College of Engineers and Architects (CFIA Code CC-05867), the Costa Rican Chamber of Construction (CCC Member 01616), the Costa Rican Investment Promotion Agency (CINDE), and Procomer.

Meridia is also a certified Esencial Costa Rica® company, a national certification of quality and excellence.
